Linda Florence's Work...

Hey guys,
I thought I'd post some of Linda Florence's work to see if it could help or relate to your work in any way. After looking up Linda Florence and her work, I realised she related to my work as she produces wallpapers and other pieces of artwork that carries layers of different patterns placed on top each other, each layer could be accessed by rubbing off the top layer using coins etc- I thought this idea was genius and very original! I think her work could be useful if any of you guys are interested in pattern, layers and even wear and tear like me.

  1. Just been having a look through my journal and found one of Linda Florences pieces you or some of the other girls might be interested in..? Its called 'sugar dance' she sieved a pattern in icing at the Victoria and Albert Museum which was then danced upon by ballroom dancers changing the pattern and capturing their elegant movements, after todays session on film I thought it could be a really inspirational 'temporary' piece that could be recorded.
